More Than Just Tina

A story of survival became a life of purpose. Now I help women move beyond survival mode and make room for MORE.

More Than Just Strong.

More Than What Happened to Me.

At ten years old, my life changed forever when my mother was murdered. At eleven, I testified in court.

When we talk about violence, the story is often framed around two people: the victim and the perpetrator. But there is another story — the child left behind. The child who carries what happened long after everyone else has stopped talking about it.

I was that child.

I learned to be strong early. I grew up, raised a family, built a successful corporate career and created a life I was proud of. For years, survival looked a lot like success.

Then, at 50, my life changed again.

This time, it wasn't something that happened to me. It was something happening within me.

The career I'd once been content with no longer felt like enough. The life I'd built no longer felt like the whole life I was meant to live. I felt called toward something different, without knowing exactly where it would lead or whether I had what it took to begin again.

Reinvention is scary when you've spent decades becoming good at the life you already have.

But sometimes the strongest thing you can do isn't keep carrying what's familiar. It's have the courage to become someone you haven't met yet.

Today, as a speaker, author, storyteller and creator of The M.O.R.E. Method™, I give voice to what happens after survival — and what becomes possible when a woman decides she wants MORE.

Voice of the Soul

Tina Turner is a keynote speaker, author and storyteller who speaks from lived experience about survival, reinvention, forgiveness and the cost of living too long in survival mode. With warmth, humor and unfiltered honesty, she creates space for women to examine what they’ve carried, what it has cost them and what becomes possible when they finally make room for MORE.

M — MEET THE WOMAN BENEATH THE WEIGHT

Who are you underneath the responsibilities, survival skills, titles, caregiving and expectations? This is where we separate who you are from what you’ve had to become to survive.

A soulful framework for moving from survival to self-authorship.

The M.O.R.E. Method

O — OWN WHAT IT COST YOU

Survival has a price. What did yours cost you—peace, rest, trust, relationships, softness, the ability to ask for help? You can’t release what you haven’t been willing to name.

R — RELEASE THE ROLE THAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU

The strong one. The fixer. The rescuer. The peacekeeper. The caretaker. The woman who handles everything. That role may have helped you survive. It doesn’t automatically get a lifetime contract.

E — EMERGE WITH A LIFE THAT FEELS LIKE YOURS

Move from recovery into self-authorship. What does your life look like when it’s no longer organized around survival, obligation, fear or everyone else’s needs? Now you get to choose.

READY FOR MORE?

YOU'VE SPENT ENOUGH TIME SURVIVING.  NOW IT'S TIME TO DECIDE WHAT COMES NEXT.

Through speaking, storytelling and The M.O.R.E. Method, I created conversations that help women release the roles they've outgrown, reconnect with themselves and make room for MORE.

You survived.  Now you get to author what comes next.
